Since November 1987, the Demi-marathon de l'Acadie has been held on the first Sunday of each month without interruption. During this Pandemic, the DMA has been held virtually. Nevertheless, the organizers wish to celebrate the 400th edition under two formats: virtually and in person. We would like to give runners the opportunity to run in a group on our certified course or individually on their preferred course. Runners who will run in person will have to follow the rules of the operational plan that we will submit shortly to the concerned authorities. If the pandemic situation changes for the worse at the beginning of the year, we may be forced to cancel the race. It is understood that runners who registered for the in person race will have the option of changing to the virtual format. Also, a registered runner in the virtual format who wants to run in person will be able to do so by communicating his intention to the race director before Friday, February 7, 6 pm at the latest. A maximum of 40 runners will be able to register for the in person race. The first 80 runners to register will receive a souvenir tuque, (ATech, warm & dry moisture management). Let's celebrate this special event with enthusiasm!
