The Rocky Blackmore will be held Virtual January 1&2.
The MRR Health and Safety committee has convened for the final time in 2021. In light of the surge in Covid-19 cases, we are recommending that the Jan 1, 2022 Prediction Fun Run be cancelled. Further, we suggest that the Rocky Blackmore 5k be virtual-only, and that the awards presentation be postponed until a later date.
Considering the exponential growth in transmission with this variant, we felt this was the most reasonable approach to take.
I totally agree with the committee's recommendations.
