Cette course est virtuelle. Dès votre enregistrement, vous pouvez courir la distance sur le parcours de votre choix et au temps qui vous convient. Pas nécessaire d'attendre au 1er dimanche du mois pour faire parvenir votre résultat avec votrer selfie avec votre montre bien en vue le dimanche 1er août avant 18h. Il n'y aura pas de médailles remises pour la version virtuelle; seule la version en personne accordera des médailles aux trois premières positions toutes catégories et aux trois premières femmes à l'arrivée. Cette course compte pour le nombre de DMA complétés.

This race is virtual. As soon as you are registered, you can run the distance on the course of your choice and at your convenience.
No need to wait until the 1st Sunday of the month to send in your result with a selfie with your watch well in view. Results must be in by 6:OO pm on Sunday, August 1st. The virtual format will not attribute medals; only the in person format will have medals for the first three overall and the first three women to cross the finish line. This race is considered in the number of DMA completed.
