Cette course est conditionnelle aux restrictions de Santé Publique en vigueur le jour de la course. Un plan opérationnel sera en vigueur et devra être respecté par tous les coureurs. Cette course est officielle pour les records de parcours, # de podiums, PB. Médailles pour les trois premières positions toutes catégories et trois premières femmes. L'inscription est limitée à 150 participants, coureurs, bénévoles et spectateurs. Pour les mois de juillet, août et septembre, le départ sera donné à 9h; prenez-en note!

If Public Health restrictions allow sports competitions on race day to proceed, this race will be held in person. An operational plan will be put in place. If the race is not allowed to be held in person, all registrants will have to revert to the virtual version. Registration is limited to 150 participants, including runners, volunteers and spectators. Medals will be awarded to the first three positions overall and to the first three ladies at the finish. For July and August and September the start of the race will be at 9:00. Take good note!
