26th Annual Fundy Trail Cancer Walk

Join us for the 26th Annual Fundy Trail Cancer Walk and choose your distance—2 KM, 5 KM, or 10 KM—along the breathtaking Fundy Trail Provincial Park. Whether you’re walking in honour of someone you love, teaming up with friends, or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back, this is your chance to make a difference for local cancer patients and their families.

Now in its 26th year, the Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation is honoured to carry this event forward, continuing the legacy built by dedicated volunteers over the past 25 years.

Every dollar you raise helps local patients and families through the Cancer Support Program in the Saint John region. This program offers care that improves physical, emotional, and mental well-being—ensuring patients, survivors, and their loved ones feel seen, heard, and cared for throughout their cancer journey.

You’re helping make sure no one in our community faces cancer alone. And with every step you take, more families will gain access to the resources, guidance, and compassion they need.

How to Join:

There are two ways you can take part in the Fundy Trail Cancer Walk — either on your own or with a team. And you can choose to fundraise online or use the traditional paper pledge form.

Every participant is encouraged to meet the minimum fundraising amount based on their chosen distance:

2 KM – $25
5 KM – $50
10 KM – $75
