YMCA Strut for Strong Communities

The 5th Annual Strut for Strong Communities will be held on September 22nd at the Saint John Regional Y. Participants will walk, run or strut a 2.5K or 5K distance making this a very family friendly event that encourages participation for everyone. For the more competitive runners, the race will be timed! Each participant will receive a sport bag and youth 14 and under will receive a finisher medal.We will have a bouncy castle on site, food, and prizes.

Since this is a fundraising event, registration is by donation. You can also collect pledges and be entered to win prizes!

At the Y we believe everyone deserves a chance to reach their potential. Through the annual YMCA Strong Communities Campaign, we ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate in Y programs, regardless of financial circumstance. The money raised in our community allows the Y to be open and accessible to all. It helps us deliver core services and programs to everyone regardless of age, income or financial background.
