Miramichi Spring 5km Race (Virtual)

Hi Everyone,
Here’s How it works,
Due to Covid-19, The Miramichi River Runners have decided to offer runners the possibility to run our races, virtually, until this mess is resolved. Registration will be done online, at runnb.ca. We can do our April 19th, 5 km as planned on Sunday, April 19th to April 25th. Pick a date that is good for you.

You are encouraged to run the race on our race route here on the Miramichi or in your home town over a proven race route. If this is still not possible, then measure your own route. We need a photo of you at the finish with your watch showing the time and distance, by April 30th.

If you do not have the ability to produce a photo with time and distance you can email your results to Brian Richard at scorbord@mac.com, however, you will not qualify for the awards. You will, however, have your results published at the end, following the people who did meet the qualifications.

We will announce all finishers and placement with your time, on May 1 on our web site at miramichiriverrunners.com and on our Facebook page. The top three male and female times will be awarded medals and sent to you via mail. Registration is still $9. All runners 19 and under no charge.
You must register before April 19 to be eligible.
For those of you who have prepaid for the year, you do not have to register online but you must send me a note before April 19 that you plan on running.
